O’Reilly Group Training Centre
We have just completed our Group’s new in-house training centre located in our Barleystone Paving facility in Co. Cavan. The centre will facilitate and assist in the training and learning of all employees across the O’Reilly Group. Training courses such as manual handling and toolbox talks will be held in this new centre.
Our health and safety team created a quiet and bright learning environment to ensure all participants can utilise the space to aid in the progression of their career.
The Group’s training centre will be a key element in the development of the skills and knowledge of our staff. Apprenticeships, trainees and new recruits will complete their necessary training in this location allowing them to flourish in their field of work.

PROJECT MANAGER
O’Reilly Bros Ltd are currently recruiting an experienced Project Manager to join our existing team in Kingscourt, Co. Cavan.
Job Description
- Management of multiple fitting crew on sites.
- Co-ordinate deliveries for the project with our detailer/despatch office.
- Ensure plant and equipment needed is sourced and available.
- Attend daily/weekly meetings with our client and represent our company accordingly.
- Manage our safety on site and carry out safety audits.
- Manage our quality on site and carry out inspections and issue sign-offs.
- Record progress and manage design changes/delays on site ensuring our project QS is notified daily of any delays and cost implication associated with same.
- Report to Contracts Manager.
Skills and Experience
- Degree Qualified in Civil/Structural or Construction Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years site experience on civil or building projects.
- Ability to maintain high levels of Health & Safety and Quality on site.
- Good engineering knowledge and problem solving skills essential.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a large team.
