O’Reilly Group Training Centre
We have just completed our Group’s new in-house training centre located in our Barleystone Paving facility in Co. Cavan. The centre will facilitate and assist in the training and learning of all employees across the O’Reilly Group. Training courses such as manual handling and toolbox talks will be held in this new centre.
Our health and safety team created a quiet and bright learning environment to ensure all participants can utilise the space to aid in the progression of their career.
The Group’s training centre will be a key element in the development of the skills and knowledge of our staff. Apprenticeships, trainees and new recruits will complete their necessary training in this location allowing them to flourish in their field of work.

INFORMATION SYSTEMS MANAGER
The O’Reilly Group are seeking an Information Systems Manager based at our Offices, in Larchfield, Kingscourt, Co. Cavan. The candidate will demonstrate a keen eye for detail and have a range of skills to bring different areas of Information Systems to complement our current forward-thinking solutions and create new solutions for the business.
Role
- Install, configure, monitor and maintain both standard and customized hardware, software, networks and systems.
- Be able to troubleshoot network, hardware and software system issues and faults.
- Responsible for monitoring and administration of the backup of company data.
- Experience of installing/supporting Microsoft solutions.
- Experience in Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware.
- Possess a strong background in building, implementing & maintaining, Network Servers, Workstations, Managed Switches & Firewalls on local and wide area networks.
- Conduct ongoing assessments of short and long-term hardware and software needs for the companies by developing, testing, and implementing new and revised programs.
- Assess the Groups current systems and examine new software packages to find solutions that drive the Groups business forward.
- Working with our software providers to manage the development of such programs to meet our business needs.
- Conduct training and provide technical support and expertise to end-users in various departments in the group.
- Keep up to date with new technology and computer systems that are available in the market place.
Criteria:
- Third level qualification in related discipline or 2-3years equivalent work experience in an IT field.
- Experience with cloud architectures.
- Experience of managing the integration of systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- An ability to work well under pressure.
- Full clean driving licence.

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
O’Reilly Bros. Ltd are inviting applications for a Financial Controller. This is a full time permanent role based in Kingscourt, Co. Cavan reporting to the Chief Financial Officer.
The ideal candidate will manage the Day to Day operations of the Finance Function.
Role:
- Oversee preparation of timely monthly management accounts for all companies
- Oversee monthly reconciliations on all control accounts
- Manage monthly stocktakes
- Ensure strong internal controls in place and reviewed
- Manage day to day cashflow, money in, weekly payment runs
- All tax & statutory returns
- All CSO returns
- Manage the Annual Audit and preparation of annual audit pack
- Manage day to day interaction with Revenue, HMRC etc
- Manage Debtors and Creditors Ledger
Work with the CFO to:
- Produce monthly Board Report including in-depth analysis of any variances
- Liaise with relevant managers and prepare the annual budget
- Prepare 5 year rolling forecast
- Manage all insurance policies for the Group
- Prepare Enterprise Ireland returns
- Compile R&D Tax Credit Claims
Criteria
- Professional accountancy qualification (ACA /ACCA /CIMA or equivalent) with post qualification experience in industry.
- Experience in managing staff
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
